Mary Ann started her career in media by working as a senior sales executive for some of the nation’s largest media outlets. After discovering her talent and love for all things media strategy, she founded PS as a way to provide niche expert experience to agencies and marketing departments across the country. Her hard work and savvy strategy skills have led PS to year-over-year growth, and has expanded her impact as an industry leader in all things traditional, digital, and everything in between. Reflecting this is a 2020 award from Cynopsis Media naming her as a Top Woman in Media. Mary Ann’s hands on approach ensures she understands the moving parts of PS at all times, allowing her to provide tailored insight and guidance to the PS team and her clients. Client success is her number one priority and how she measures her own accomplishments, all of which is apparent in her tireless drive and strategic approach to every project.
As the leader of our nationally-recognized, award-winning Media Buying team, it’s Will who scrubs the numbers for ratings points, targeted demographic groups, and keyword searches. If it sounds like he gets into the weeds of the science of placement, it’s because he does. Advertising, sales, and competition are a numbers game, and Will plays that game with a cool hand and an eye on the overall goal. He works with the account management staff on most projects, keeping them and our client partners apprised of upcoming opportunities to maximize their ROI. Will’s analytical mind will help guide placement in the beginning, and then refine it as we go. He’s our go-to media guy.
Arturo Cosio has a passion for playing with numbers and turning them into results for clients in the ever changing landscape of marketing. As Director of Brand Partnerships, he is responsible for establishing relationships with other agencies and businesses to help either grow their marketing services or promote their products and services with our award winning media team. He works closely with all team members at Mosaic to assess our partners’ needs, set up goals, and create effective marketing strategies to achieve long term success. With a double major in Marketing and Business Management, Arturo has been the bedrock of many of Mosaic’s partners throughout the years. His calm, reassuring demeanor and experience will keep projects moving seamlessly on time and on budget, and giving our partners one less thing to worry about.
Jenna is a great asset to our team leading our political department. She has spent the last ten years working in political and government environments bringing firsthand knowledge and experience to our clients. She has focused on public relations, community outreach, policy issues, as well as messaging and platform development. Jenna is detailed oriented and works hard to ensure clients have the tools and information they need for successful campaigns. Jenna’s attention to detail and strategy puts her far above the average political consultant.
Annaleisa is a motivated learner and leader. Her varied passions have culminated in roles such as Ambassador for the Anchorage Sister City Commission between Anchorage and Chitose, and President of UAA’s chapter of Chi Alpha. Annaleisa completed her bachelor’s in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Alaska, Anchorage in the fall of 2020. She enjoys finding creative solutions and is a proud, lifelong Alaskan.
Dane’s number one priority revolves around helping people achieve their goals. After 12 years in the military, and 10 of those in the Special Operations community, Dane understands the importance of leadership and teamwork. Whatever obstacles that may stand in the way, Dane’s motivation and skills will lead the way in providing a solution.
As Creative Director for PS Strategies, Brian turns the spark of inspiration into tangible form. Whether the medium is radio, print, television, or online, Brian works with the staff and client partners to bring form to their ideas. His unique perspective allows clients to see themselves from a different point of view, and make a more impactful presence in their branding efforts. He has experience with the analytical aspect of marketing and communications as well as graphic and web design. He is an alumni of the University of Southern Colorado with a BA in Advertising. Brian is known for introducing new, memorable creative ideas that capture the attention of large audiences. Certified in Project Management, he keeps the creative and production process streamlined and successful.
Diego is passionate about learning and developing new strategies to help people and businesses grow. He has helped develop a manual for cultural preservation, strategies for political campaigns, and is a founder of a fraternity chapter (Tau Kappa Epsilon). Diego is driven by being a leader and leaving a positive impact on people and his community whether it is through community projects, volunteering or making sure people are taken care of. Graduated from The University of Alaska Anchorage with an Aviation Management degree and minor Business Administration. On his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, exploring new places, fitness and eating.
Betty has worked at TV stations and agencies across the country, from very small to large markets, doing everything from traffic coordination to account management. This is her favorite job, which is taking care of the client’s accounts by making sure accuracy, efficiency and value are maintained in each buy.
